Set a savings goal above — this is what you're budgeting toward.
Go to Plan → enter your monthly income, then set a dollar amount for each spending category. For annual costs like insurance, enter the yearly amount in the right column and it will divide it into a monthly figure automatically.
Go to Track → log each expense with a description, category, and amount. Hit Add or press Enter. To delete a wrong entry, click Show under Expenses, then hit ✕ next to it.
The bars show how much of each category's budget you've used. Red means over. The burn rate line tells you if you're spending faster than the month allows.
History shows every past month's totals so you can spot patterns over time.
